From the heart of our organization, each member of our team works tirelessly to partner with children and youth, their schools, communities, and government. Together, we design and deliver solutions that equip them with the skills they need to attain further education, overcome gender inequities, start businesses, secure jobs, and ultimately, drive development in their communities.

Our staff embodies the spirit of dedication, going above and beyond to ensure that every child and young person we serve has the opportunity to thrive. Stationed in hard to reach remote areas such as Emfeni, Embangweni, Jenda, Manyamula, Euthini, Bulala, Bwengu, Kafukule, and Mpherembe, our officers exemplify our commitment to reaching every child, regardless of location or circumstance.
